The customer service person was great. He understood my problem of having 2 accounts, quickly helped cancel one and got all the information correct and helped with a credit on my account. Well done and very efficient

For so long I tried to find stores with refills but it was such a pain. The online option makes it so much easier for the busy ones who don’t want to carry around empty bottles, hoping a store has refills in stock!

I used to drink around 2-3 litres of bottled pop a day, was gaining weight and was spending a ton of money. Since buying my soda stream I drink 2-4 litres of water every day I’ve lost 17 pounds and I’ve saved a ton of money it was a great buy!!

My husband purchased the wrong CO2 canister from shoppers and they wouldn’t take it back or exchange it. They were ridiculous about it. Called soda stream and they worked their magic and got us the right one. We had to bring the old one to shoppers and get proof we left it there. . they were confused and dumb at what to do. we got the right one mailed to us and that’s all that matters. We love our soda stream !
