Sodastream CA

Hello! I recently put in an inquest for assistance with my soda stream due to the gas cylinder being stuck (mistake of my own) as it was the first soda stream ever and put in the wrong cylinder! I received it as a gift and I was devastated that I could no longer use it. Hoping I could find a trick to relive the cylinder instead they sent me a new one! I again am very thankful for the customer service and support I received and I will forever be grateful! Thank you again!

Very easy to order and quick to receive the products!

I recently purchased an E-TERRA through the Sodastream Canada site. I had questions about the machine, so contacted their customer service before placing my order. The person I dealt with via email was quick to reply, super courteous and efficient. She took care of my order directly and I received it in a matter if days. She even followed up with a "thank you" message after it had been shipped. It's nice to deal with a company that actually believes in customer service and satisfaction!
