I emailed Sodastream with some issues I started to have with my machine and they did a quick video call with me to see what was wrong and offered me a great discount to purchase a new machine. I'm pleased with the experience.

Received my first order which contained a leaked bottle of flavouring. I advised customer service, just to let them know and they quickly offered a free replacement once I sent photos of the damage. Excellent customer service! I will continue to purchase supplies here.
