I phoned customer service because my E-TERRA machine, still under warranty, had a pressure problem. Customer service asked a few questions and looked at the problem via my computer camera. It was quickly determined that the machine had to be replaced. No fuss. Replacement order was placed immediately and a few days later I received a new machine + CO2 cylinder + bottle. I am very satisfied.
