Cassava Win Win
We are thankful for this baking option! My hubs is a paleo caveman, so we are big on this product. I made banana bread recipe from this site and it was better than any I have ever tasted. I made a paleo recipe fresh pumpkin bread that called for coconut flour with almond flour also. I subbed the cassava for coconut and it is also the best I’ve tasted! I have no concerns with wheat (as long as they are non gmo), but this cassava flour is so wonderful for so many baking options, I can use it for pretty much anything! Many thanks to Otto’s.
