I use Otto’s for bread, tortillas, cookies, cakes and more! I recently created my own recipe and it came out amazing! I am so grateful I can use Otto’s as a grain free resource in my kitchen! I am filled with gratitude for this amazing flour! Made grain, refined sugar, dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut, yeast free Hawaiian sticks :) in my granola bar pan! They turned out amazing

I have tried a couple different brands of cassava flour. Otto's Is The Best! I almost gave up trying to make AIP compliant tortillas, but when I discovered Otto's Cassava Flour, everything worked great and I am becoming a Tortilla Expert! Thank you Otto's for an excellent quality product!

Bought it for the Otto’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe. Perfect!! Delicious. And great in all Paleo recipes.

I made a pie crust for apple tarte tatin. I didn't even check for a recipe. It came out delicious, and pretty good texture. Next time I will try adding an egg. Also, I made the vanilla pound cake from your web recipe. It looked beautiful, and everybody enjoyed it at a socially distanced birthday party. I didn't even get a taste! Next time, I will make it for us, and add lemon in the cake and lemon syrup poured over it. Thank you!
