The chocolate of course was predictably yummy. What really sent me into orbit (in a good way) was the customer service. My order was primarily gifts for friends, but I'd popped in a little treat for me. Unfortunately, there was an error in packing (hey, we're all human) and my treat didn't arrive. Koko Black bent over backwards to ensure I was happy with the resolution, offering several possible options (including shipping the missing block). I kinda wanted my lil treat, so I took that option, but did express that I was aware that it seemed quite the effort for a small block of chocolate. Well, it arrived today, along with a second block and some truffles. I never expected anything like this and am completely blown away. Koko Black, your customer service and care is among if not the best I've ever experienced. All I need you to do is open a shop in Geelong! :)

I love this chocolate. A real treat. Perfect for gifts but mainly for moi.
