My whole experience with Koko Black has been great. The chocolate I ordered arrived in perfect condition, even though it was a hot day, because the delivery vans are refrigerated and my order was wrapped in insulated packaging. The delivery cost is $20 and it's worth the money, chocolate is such a delicate product and it can easily deteriorate in the heat, so I was very pleased with my purchase.
