Pour Turn around time

They got back to me quickly but the turn around time they spoke of contradicted the email I received when I placed my order. It said that you would ship in 1-2 days and it didn’t get shipped for 5 days and now my Friend will only be receiving part of her gift. I feel like for the price that we’re paying the turnaround time should be much better and at least meet the expectations that you set.
