Wine Chips

Shipping took too long. When I sent an email asking about my order, no one ever answered.

I love but product but recently had trouble when my order was sent to another address. Although I was given the choice of refund or replacement order, the replacement has not been sent. The amount I paid for this product does not rise to the level of service I’ve received at this point in time... still waiting for the order to be shipped...no consolation prize for disappointment and delay.

Can't make the site to allow me in. Requested new password 10 times, never got a response.

I wrote in initially asking about garlic/onion/allium free products and received a very nice response, but follow up questions about possible cross contamination and related to shelf life have not been answered. I and my group won't purchase any without these answers, so just a bit disappointed as I was hoping to try those tasty looking treats!

The gouda chips really did not enhance the red wine (Cab) I tried. Actually gouda tasted better. Was disappointed. A good food that matches can really enhance the taste of the wine. But these chips were pretty greasy which I think also harmed the experience. Maybe it works with a lighter red (Pinot?) but they didn't work with my cab.
