Simply the Best

When one of the items in my order were out of stock I was given several options. Refund, exchange for any other items I’d like or I could wait for the product to come back into stock. I decided to wait, the team kept sending me updates. Once I did place an alternative order it was carefully packed and sent out promptly. Really pleased with the team and service I’ve always received from Tom Hixson.
