Tom Hixson is the most reliable and best value online store for meat. I buy from them several times a month and have never been disappointed. This is the easiest way to integrate higher quality meat into meals, and when I buy in bulk the cost works out not much more than supermarket meat which is far inferior.

Excellent fillet . So tender but still moist and full of flavour.

I'm not fond of highly seasoned { to my palate} sausages but they are very acceptable. Indeed I would not buy any supermarket offering now.
