I sent an email along with pictures showing that the custom engraving I paid $25 for was not good. One of the letters was completely not visible. I’ve heard nothing back.

Horrible. It has been 24 days, still no bourbon. We reached out to customer service and they were zero help. Just resent the tracking number that had no info attached to it. It has been “In Transit” for 24 DAYS. Never again.

Terrible customer service. NO HELP. I ordered well over $200 and there was no trying to make it right, since every thing I received was bad, or wrong. Start to finish a bad experience.
