Terrible will not place a second order!

Terrible! I paid for my order and Never received my order. I was charged for it, but have been unable to get any help through customer service, There is no available phone number and currently I'm out for 11 bottles of Preseco, and absolutely no response from customer service or a refund.

Failed to deliver the product in a timely manner. This is a serious problem with the company and could be its downfall if it can’t fix it.

It arrived broken, and no bottle was available for a replacement to be sent.
