Somewhat disappointed

My first ever order had issues. First a product was missing from the order. That was rectified with a phone call and a refund. Some communication about it through a packing slip or an email would be better service. Second, and more alarming, is I got food poisoning from the first steak from the whole scotch. After a day I sliced off the contaminated end and the rest has been fine. It's made me hesitant to buy again.

Okay experience

Purchased online for store pickup. First time doing it and hoped to save myself time before the long weekend. Came into store to pick up. I was provided with a box and I asked if I need to look inside to confirm it’s all there however the lady advised me that it’s all there and no need. Went home only to discover half my order was missing. Called up and spoke to someone who mentioned that either their manager or them would call me back to confirm next steps. I didn’t hear anything by 4pm so headed down to the store again only to receive a phone call when I was in store call saying that my order is being delivered. Lack of communication caused this issue. For my first time experience in online it was frustrating but I understand that this does happen. The team were apologetic but it defeated the purpose of ordering online as it caused me more work and more time lost

Not again willing to do my own

Thought crumbed chicken tenderloins would be just that, instead huge lumps of different sized chicken pieces. Unsightly !
