Somewhat disappointed
My first ever order had issues. First a product was missing from the order. That was rectified with a phone call and a refund. Some communication about it through a packing slip or an email would be better service.
Second, and more alarming, is I got food poisoning from the first steak from the whole scotch. After a day I sliced off the contaminated end and the rest has been fine.
It's made me hesitant to buy again.
