Always love the products you provide. However the off cut is a bit too much almost 1 kg of rump off it with 5 kg purchase. Communication can be improved as well it was supposed to be delivered the arvo before but didn’t receive any notification until next morning .

Scotch fillet had 0 marbeling, ok for $40 a kg but definately not worth anymore esp considering it was discounted by 40%.

Great service loved the steak but lamb was poor in taste Fairly small amount of meat on the rack

Firstly my Pre Christmas email order was lost, but was fixed up a day later, after I contacted the Caringbah store, I then received a email informing me that my old Christmas order was ready and going to be delivered four days after Christmas, when I rang by phone nobody new what I was talking about, but informed me that they would make sure I would not receive a extra delivery, I must say I was a little bit disappointed 😞 kind regards David PS would I pre purchase a future Christmas order ? Well I don’t know! As if I didn’t have a day up my sleeve I would have been left with no ham etc for my family and friends on Christmas Day 😞

Frequent customer . Some of the cuts of steak were very disappointing they belonged in the bin. 2nd time missing eggs ordered 3 dozen received 1.
