I enjoy the meals. There is enough variety in calories and ingredients to prevent boredom. Its easy to order or skip weeks. I have always had great service.

I wish I had found TGK sooner! I am loving the tasty, allergen appropriate meals. The convenience is very welcome much better than the food prepping nightmare expense and mess.

All of the meals are delicious and full of protein. Love that they are not made with unhealthy oils!

My husband and I are blown away by The Good Kitchen! The meals really taste as if they were made in my very own kitchen. The meals are by far THE BEST meal prep mail based meals we have ever had. We thought we hit the gold mine while you guys were partnered with Brady but OMG!!!!! These meals are amazing. First order we tried 12 meals and our second week we ordered 20 meals! They are that amazing! You guys have really hit it out of the park with these meals. Please for the love of God do NOT change the way you prepare the meals. The flavors and pairings are just phenomenal. I can calculate my macros with ease. I don’t have to worry about my picky 3 yr old toddler with autism who doesn’t eat much of a variety. However, The Good Kitchen has changed all of that for us. Our son eats these meals as if he was born to eat just this. I’m not worried about him getting his veggies and protein. I can’t say any more. I recently signed up and whoever the chef is should be called “The God of Food”! The Beef Taco has just the right amount of seasoning, not too spicy. The Shredded Beef … I could eat this one every day. And the Beef Bolognese is the best I’ve ever had… not too much tomato and a medley of intricate spices…actually better than the Italian restaurant I will no longer be getting takeout from!
