The Good Kitchen

I live a Paleo lifestyle because of gut issues. Usually I just cook because I know what is in the food and that I will feel good after I eat it. Having a company that makes meals like I cooked them is huge. Sometimes life just gets crazy busy and having meals I can just pull out, eat and know that I can eat them without a problem is wonderful. I recommend this company and these meals highly.

I recently began chemo, and I thought trying the "Good Kitchen" would be able to help me not to worry about what we would eat or having the energy to put it together. I've been eating this delicious food and it only takes us five minutes to cook it. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be fed by the Good Kitchen!
