Unresponsive customer service that makes bad excuses. Obviously no kind of QC before they ship out.

No response regarding their error in sending alternate, inferior product instead of what was ordered.

Could not eat ordered 3 steaks and it took a week to arrive, meat was spoiled once it finally did arrive, I have made multiple attempts to speak with customer service but still no response had to go to my bank and dispute charges. I do not recommend ordering from this company

Ordered 6.4lbs, received only 5.5lbs. This is better than the previous order where I received only 3.7lbs. The meat is good, but the merchant is dishonest.

Shipping services are horrible. Meat arrived HOT!
