I contacted the company 15 minutes after delivery. Meat was completely thawed. No dry ice was used. Had to cook right away instead of for a party the following week I bought meat for. I felt a 50 percent coupon for next purchase was fair. Your customer service said $50 was fair. I declined and said I would leave an honest negative review. Customer service responded not to threaten them. You could have made a loyal customer who was willing to give it a 2nd shot. Instead now you will get negative rating and a lost customer. Bad customer service. Mistakes happen and when they do a good business corrects the mistakes
