terrible. you asked me to review something i did not purchase. i bought a knife, NOT the cleaver. plus on your IG you keep removing blade of the week posts. the knife i actually purchased isnt even up anymore...

My order arrived but was 39% less than what I paid for. Too small for what I am using the ribs for. I would not have ordered them knowing I would have received 1.8lb rack. You specifically state 2.5 lbs
