Shipping 3 orders

I requested 3 separate orders to 2 states and the process was extremely difficult. I was contacted 4 times to clarify addresses and my name. I hope the new computer system is updated before next Christmas. Then I was told by my son that my name was not anywhere on the order. Thank goodness he knew it was me. I notified the 2 other order recipients by e-mail they would be receiving gifts from me. Love the products, but not extremely happy.

Great products, terrible service.

The products are great. Buying them and getting them shipped is another matter. What good is the quality of the product if they can't get them shipped right or on time?

Finding your location is not

Finding your location is not easy since there is little signage except on Rittenhouse right before getting there. With the address on Meridian, it is deceptive to find also. I had requested info on the internet re price ranges and only got the response that my question was being reviewed or a similar statement and I did not get an answer. I found the prices a bit higher than I remembered from previous visits, so I did not buy anything. Sorry.

Online order glitch and follow up communication

I tried to place an online order on Cyber Monday, but a computer glitch did not allow me to see or use the Place Order button. I called the Contact number but the response said I wouldn't get a return call within the day, so I sent an email. The next day I got an auto response suggesting I again place my order. However, when I completed the form, there was a shipping charge. So I again tried to call and got same response about not getting an immediate answer that day. So, I canceled my account.
