Awful on line help

I tried to get some assistance with making a gift purchase of three packages. I needed help, received info to go back to the gift page and no additional answers to my questions. I just gave up and never made the purchase. The product is wonderful, their personal service is non-existent. They need to do better.

Don't bother with customer service. It is too much trouble!

I received an email from Olive Mill "Christmas in July" Purchase $75.00 and free shipping! I placed an order but it would not go through when I put in my address - it said shipping was not available in my area. I sent an email stating the problem and said I still wanted to place an order. Three days later I got a response that if I was still interested in placing an order I should call them. Really? This is the second time I have had problems with orders. Yes I am out of state. When I visit AZ I make a point to visit you and stock up. Once before my order was incomplete- and at the time it was a small item. I reported it and customer service acted like it was my fault. Not even an apology. No nothing. So please remove me from your mailing list. After all, what is the point? Peggy Craig 919-810-5380

Bring back the original receipe - please!

After waiting for months to get the artichoke tapenade, we recently purchased the 'new and improved' version. It may be new but it is horrible. VERY oily (even after stirring a bunch) and artichokes are pureed versus chunky. Don't mess with a winner. It is our go-to gift for out of town friends.

The balanced extra virgin Oil is great, I love the vinegar and also the olives are delicious
