I do like the oil as it is very much like Altomena Oil from Italy (which is very hard to find). But, your shipping costs are way too high, $17+ for a $10.95 bottle??? I even called your shipping dept to verify the shipping rate. Will never order on line, might purchase again should I make another trip AZ

Your response to customers is poor. The first time I wrote a message, I never got a response. The second time I got a response but you neglected to give me the times you are available to receive calls as a follow up. Now I am caught in the web of missing the person I am trying to reach. You should include call back times for those of us that are not in Arizona.

Love your store, food, and products, but when I contacted you by phone about a shipping problem (I never got to speak with a person; was automatically transferred to leaving a message with the promise of a reply in 1 business day), it didn't happen. And when I sent an email, it was also longer than 1 business day before I received a reply. I realize that the Christmas holidays make everything more hectic and busy, but a promise of 1 business day is a promise. I will hope for better service the next time.

Hello! I recently had a special idea planned for my lovely fiancé this past Friday evening. I had been in contact with Katie for this particular event. It was an overall okay experience. I am very big on attention to detail. I asked for specifics and what was actually provided for the cost was much less then I had expected. It was supposed to be a night catered specifically to my lady because she has had some rough times the last few weeks. I asked specifically for purple linens (her favorite color) we received blue and sunflowers because they are her favorite flower we had roses which she really doesn't like. I also paid a premium for a personal waitress that knew the business not the person that does planning. Katie was great but for the amount paid I could have had dinner at a high end mountain top restaurant. I didn't do that because I wanted something special and different. The next time I do this I guess I'll have to somehow find a way to make sure details are of more importance. The food however was fantastic.
