Did not receive my physical card

I am looking forward to using the priority wine pass on my upcoming trip to Napa. My girlfriend and I both purchased priority wine passes and she received her physical card in the mail, but I did not. I sent an email to info@prioritywinepass.com over one week ago and I'm not yet received a response

We haven’t used the pass

We haven’t used the pass yet but the biggest reason I got our pass was because they touted a concierge service that could help you plan a visit to wine country. I’ve submitted a request for help planning twice as well as a follow up and no one has replied.

Not offering a lot of

Not offering a lot of wineries the way you use to. This is my last time buying it. haven't been able to use it cause of so many restrictions. just bought a better pass

Went to couple wineries in Temecula that were on the pass list and they knew nothing of the pass.
