I used the pass in Sonoma County. Several of the tasting rooms were permanently closed and the wineries required reservations. It was a pain to use.

After reviewing the numerous 2-for-1 tasting offers on the PWP website I decided to buy two passes in May 2023 since some offers were per cardholder. After spending numerous hours at night planning and mapping our upcoming trip based on these deals, I called the wineries to book as advised. I was shocked that multiple informed PWP several months prior that they either no longer honored or significantly reduced the deal (from 2-for-1 to measly 20% of the second tasting). PWP clearly fails to maintain accurate deal details and terms, which is typically discovered after buying the pass. Hard lesson learned. Thankfully the Visa Signature cardholder benefit for numerous free Sonoma 2-for-1 tasting deals were honored. I understand how the pandemic impacted every business and industry, but it seems PWP is too sort staffed to properly maintain and proactively monitor their deal listings, which leads to false advertisement and basis for purchase. It was further disappointing to discover that a winery recommended by the PWP concierge service no longer honored the deal. So buyer beware, do your homework before purchasing a PWP card.

Disappointed that the experience I really wanted to visit has been discontinued.

2 of the 3 bottles were broken and ruined the snacks. I did not receive a replacement box although I was told I would. Its a great idea, however. Kelly Rabah

The concierge representative was very pleasant to converse with and gave some useful recommendations for vineyards/ restaurants. We also modified our plans (for the better) based on her advice. However, the pass did not work with any of the wineries we visited, which were along the Vine Trail, or activities we did, like bike rentals. Although it said it could be used for 400+ places, I did not find that to be the case. Although the concierge was very helpful, I do not think the pass was worth the price.
