I only had a couple of opportunities to use it this trip but one was disappointing. I went to William Hill with Laces and Limos and said I was a winepass member and would like to utilize my pass only to find out that since I came with Laces and Limos that I had to have a different tasting that wasn't covered . ??!! : (

Used it at Beringer and Sterling. Paid for itself and then some.

I had almost no time to plan this trip and the concierge gave good suggestions, and made a very nice “itinerary” for us! The opportunity for improvement is that almost no winery gives you any discount for tours. The discounts are real and the year card payoff in 2 days of travel!

I was happy to have the VIP pass and access to the concierge service. The recommended wineries were phenomenal. The discount for merchandise was also a welcomed benefit. I wish it would have been made clear that one pass would be good for a couple since it was a 2 for 1 tasting fee. I did not learn this until after I purchased two passes
