Horrible, what changed?
My past experience with paleo had best amazing thus far, especially the customer service side. However, recently something has changed. I didn't get my delivery and have been a loyal member for over three years. I had a subscription every 6-8 weeks. I tried contacting them several times via phone, website, and email with no reply. After a week or so of going back and forth, I finally got my box. The food was packaged differently and the food looked completely different.
