Terrible Changes

I’ve been ordering from Paleo on the Go for about 6 months now. The food and packaging were excellent, so I continued my subscription. The changes that have been made are terrible. The serving sizes are smaller and the sides and main dishes are now packaged together. The sides used to be kept separate from the main dishes and there was more food in each package. I was also charged shipping for the first time with this recent order. I was able to get it refunded, but I’ve had several orders in the last 6 months and never once paid shipping. POTG refunded it, but then informed me that there would be a shipping charge from now on. These changes are disappointing and the reason I’ve ended my subscription.

Bait & Switch

I loaded the cart with all my items which showed they were available, then applied the discount and everything was scheduled. The day before they were due to ship I get a message saying that literally nothing is in stock. Two days later suddenly everything is back in stock but of course the discount coupon no longer applies. Not a goo way to build customer loyalty!
