Sent the wrong product

Things are stressful here with major medical issues in our household. I was so looking forward to a chicken pot pie. Beef was sent. I was not a happy camper. I find it frustrating too that the heating instructions are not on the package. When things are hectic its a pain to go to my computer and look for the product's heating instructions. I like many of the products but as a retiree I find the price points too high.

Wrong meals …

I repeatedly received meals with ingredients on my “restricted list.” I don’t eat poultry or pork, but was sent meals over and over again with both. Each time, I would flag to Desiree who assured me it wouldn’t happen again. While I was refunded each time, Paleo was too unreliable, careless and inconsistent.

Canceled

No organized process for subscription items that go out of stock. Staff was looking at my one time order instead of my subscription order. I have no ability to delete an item from my subscription once it has been removed from the menu. Did not give me one item but charged me for it; then gave only partial refund of what I paid. Say they use dry ice, but use gel ice packs. Separate sauce pouches easily misplaced in freezer. No cooking instructions on packaging. Expensive shipping and no guarantee without expensive insurance.

Week long order

I've never liked packaged food, but I was hoping this was different. The packaging was great and lasted the entire week in a cooler. I do recommend the simplicity and ease. I may have bad taste buds, but even after adding my own seasonings, it tasted bland.

Delivery almost a week late

I’ve used paleo on the go for months now but then they did Black Friday and cyber Monday deals. Even though i was just trying to get my normal food, they ran out of food and shipped almost a week late with no warning. That’s not a great way to run a business.
