I have several times received food that had no longer been frozen and had to dispute the shipment. I love the food. They put in my profile to add extra ice and not ship except Monday or Tuesday. They once again shipped with not enough ice and some were partially defrosted. They need better customer service.

Packaging quality has gone down. Product consistency has gone down.

The chicken nuggets are nearly impossible to eat. Seems like scraps of a chicken and there’s tons of tendons, very disappointed. Wish there was more veggies in the meals

Have been purchasing from POTG for a number of years. They used to make a great pot pie but within the last two years or so the crust recipe changed. Decent but not as great as it was. Some of their dishes are overly salty (like my last batch of onion soup) and some of their baked goods are overly sweet. Now they have changed their packaging. Not consumer or autoimmune friendly. Will continue, however, to purchase from them as they are one of the only games in town for autoimmune meals.
