The food is still pretty good, but the customer service and prices have gotten outrageous. I love the breakfast empanadas, the chicken pot pies, and a few other dishes. However, shipping costs just skyrocketed and I can’t justify ordering anymore! When my food was damaged due to poor packaging and I asked for replacements, they told me I should pay for the shipping protection.

Spent $200 on eight food items, two items were just cassava tortilla shells. I would not reorder any of the meals again.

The flavors and actual food are phenomenal. The recent change in packaging is not great because I had several of the items arrive cracked after transport and it cracked enough to break the seal. So it was unclear if the food was safe to eat or not. I never had problems with the previous packaging.

Customer service and delivery were good. The quality of the food is not as good as it used to be. For the money I’m paying I would like it to taste a certain way and it does not.

The food quality and portions were inconsistent. For the astronomical price of these meals, I expected better. Not worth the price tag, unfortunately.
