Horrible experience with this. I was expecting that this would be a flavorful alternative to regular water. The taste of this is not good. Very disappointed that I spent the money on this product.

Takes too long to ship.

I ordered purple Concord grape concentrate for an event, it took over 6 weeks to arrive (the day of the event) and when it arrived it was the wrong product. I asked multiple times to confirm if it was on the way and I got a vague response.

Maybe I’m using it wrong as I’ve never purchased a flavor powder like this, but no matter what I do the strawberry does not taste good in any drinks I make. I used . 01-1% to total weight and it’s still not enjoyable

The shipping was delayed by almost a month. I waited a long time for a product that wasn't any good.
