Shipping time is long and the essences are very soft.

The products I received smelled nothing like they should. The Lychee flavor smells like bubblegum, I tossed it, it’s horrible. Wasn’t even remotely Lychee, I thought it may have been labeled incorrectly. The licorice flavor was not good at all, tossed as well. Complete waste of money, won’t buy from you again.

Shipping cost puts you in a league of your own. Not a good thing. . . the costs of shipping take you out of the game.

You guys have gotta figure out your production time.

Shipping and "Business time" isn't good at all. You're selling a product to Customers who want to go through your business, but you take forever to process, create and ship the items.
