Naked Foods AU

I used the online store when I was unable to go out. But now we have an online store and no physical store. It's no longer naked. At least I can take my own bags to other suppliers. Also, products were often 'unavailable'. I was a fan of the Newtown store

Since the cessation of franchisees in store Naked has gone downhill! No notification firstly of closure followed by not even half usual supplies! Next service wasn’t up to scratch - lack of proper technology to provide receipts and overcharging occurred every tim e i visited! I gave it 3 chances now i’m done! A very disappointed customer! Oh yes and I don’t approve of your packed products as that doesn’t help the environment! That’s one reason i started with Naked in first place!

Thought I was beginning to be a regular customer but the online experience in the end put me off . Code would not work on my end with my email. Even tho I got sent promo codes that day etc . Also got told coukdnt use more than one but my friend was able to use 2 on the other order she did .

The three most loved products are discontinued: Chilli butter, b-grade marple syrup and steel-cut oats. - I might look for another bulk store.

Not half as good as the previous owner - so many items missing
