You don't have stock that

You don't have stock that you used to have - still no grains which has been not in stock for months. Disappointing when one used to get many things and now only gets a couple things and sources from other suppliers now. What a shame.

The online store has less selection

The online store has less selection than the Manly location used to have. The Manly store in Sydney was excellent. Personable service. They cared if we liked our selections. They shared information. Manly had an excellent selection to choose from. Most of my favourite items are not carried online. Like the Iranian figs, chicken bone broth stock, golden raisons. If I saw a new product, I could buy a small sample to try from the Manly shop. Online, the sizes are pre selected. On many items, you can't go small. And you can't go bigger. It takes almost a week to receive the goods. It is one of the slowest deliveries for online shopping today. It feels like there is no care from Naked Foods online shopping. I was very sad to see the Manly shop closed with next to no warning.

Advertised 20% discount store wide but item not in stock

Placed an order for 750g of rice crackers with 20% discount offer only to later receive a notification apologising it’s not in stock. If it’s not in stock then don’t let me order it in the first place

Terrible

Impossible to get a paper receipt. By the time I did, I saw that a bag of granola was over $50. Outrageous. Also, many staples no longer provided. Eg - epsom salts, oils, vinegars etc. Also I UNSUBSCRIBED FROM YOUR LIST SO UNSUBSCRIBE ME.

Don't buy online for delivery!

I bought grains and chocolates, delivered to my Parcel Locker address (which is within the airconditioned post office). The chocolates were melted and inedible on delivery. I have used my Parcel Locker address without issue with other suppliers for temperature-sensitive products (such as yoghurt cultures). However, Naked Foods did not respond to my complaint until I threatened them with Consumer Affairs. They keep blaming my address, rather than taking responsibility for the fact that they aren't packaging foods to be delivered in a fresh condition, using their selected shipping method. I could have felt less disappointed had they responded to me without the threat of legal action and without somehow blaming my address. Be wary ordering from them!
