My Bokksu experience has always been pretty good. Any issues I have had over the years have been resolved no problem. I will say I'm a little disappointed that it seems like less of the snacks I receive in boxes becomes available in the Bokksu market. That's about the only negative I've got.

I look forwards to receiving the Bokksu Box. I share it with my friends over tea and coffee.

Love the snacks especially the tea.

I can only comment on order, changes/ease of, delivery. As this was a gift. Ordering was simple, when I realized the shipment was addressed to me and not the recipient, changing the address was quick and easy after contacting customer service. I was informed when the next shipment was shipped and it arrived shortly, I was told. Since it was a gift I cannot comment personally on quality, although I hear the items were plentiful and mostly tasty. In fact I was told after the first delivery that they were amazed at how much was packed into a box. So much so they took to their office to share. I stopped after 3 shipments b/c it became too many snacks, too often. Perhaps a lesser amount, with more time in between? Atleast for this recipient. Thank you. Wonderful idea. Reminded me of when my mother was alive and her sisters would send boxes filled with Japanese gifts and snacks.
