Hello! We love the Bokksu snack box subscriptions that I give to my parents and to my elderly aunts. My only request is about how to use credits received toward active subscriptions. This is a refreshing change from a traditional gift basket and was very well-received by the recipient. Highly recommend, but prepare yourself for slow delivery from Japan. As time went by without a tracking number, I wrote customer service and was stunned to receive clear, comprehensive information almost instantaneously, even though the reply came from Japan.
