Bokksu is an exemplary company that prides itself on delivering quality goods at a reasonable price. Their dedication to shipping, delivery and overall customer service sets them apart from other subscription services.

I bought the Bokksu snack box for my Japanese stepmother as a birthday gift. She loved it! Said it brought back childhood memories of snacks and flavors she hasn't had in many years. My only issue: the box took quite a while (almost 3 weeks) to arrive, which I wasn't expecting, so it did arrive late. There wasn't any information on shipping and delivery times on the website; I would suggest that be added if possible to manage customer expectations. Thank you.
