The box was not delivered correctly. Instead of delivering to the onsite front desk attendant or the actual mail/delivery attendant, the Bokksu delivery person tossed the package on the ground outside of the apartment building. Given that the cost of delivery is almost what the box costs, this is terrible.

Never got a package for november

Never got any snack boxes—spent 100 + dollars but never received any snacks.

I placed an order on 9/26 (ORDER NUMBER: #SNB1289) and have not yet received it. I would like a tracking number so I can see when and if it will be delivered.
