Got my answer. 20 pp first-party certified but no way to ensure

My questions were answered. Although not certified with a label, the company claims to have less than 20 pp of gluten in their products making them legitimately gluten free although it does not say this anywhere on the packaging from a third-party certifier (if it did the price would likely go up even more). I think going above and beyond (and also knowing that I am a frequent buyer of your fake butter), would have been sending me a coupon and saying thanks for being a customer of our butter products to try our new cheese products. They didn't do this but it would have been cool.

Cheeses vs. butter

The mozzarella cheeses (solid in rectangle and liquid in plastic bottle) are good. The plant-based butter spoils and molds quickly, but it has a good taste the first few wks after you buy it.

Mozzarella products

Your block Mozzarella is excellent on caprese and on Margarite Pizza. Does not shred well so not good on veggie pizza. Your liquid Mozzarella is excellent on the product JUST Egg and on cheesy bread. Again not good on veggie pizza.

Love the flavor

I have the liquid cheese for things like pizza. It works well on pizza but a little harder to use for toast. I really like their concept of a cleaner world without exploiting animals. By helping with our environmental issues, they are certainly contributing to a better world.

Something I Miss.

Miyoko’s makes some really good products but nothing can compare with their discontinued cheese spreads.
