Got my answer. 20 pp first-party certified but no way to ensure
My questions were answered. Although not certified with a label, the company claims to have less than 20 pp of gluten in their products making them legitimately gluten free although it does not say this anywhere on the packaging from a third-party certifier (if it did the price would likely go up even more).
I think going above and beyond (and also knowing that I am a frequent buyer of your fake butter), would have been sending me a coupon and saying thanks for being a customer of our butter products to try our new cheese products. They didn't do this but it would have been cool.
