Miyoko's Creamery

I have enjoyed the butter many times. I tried the plain cream cheese and not so happy about it. It isn’t particularly a bad taste, but very peculiar. It doesn’t resemble cream cheese, like the butter resembles real butter.

Your liquid mozzarella is great on pizza. Your cream cheese is a bit dense. That's as far as I've gotten. Oh, the liquid mozzarella should be offered in a half-size bottle. I will use half a bottle, put the rest in the fridge and throw it out two weeks later because I don't use mozzarella that often. Such a shame.

The 2 products I have tried are the butter and the cream cheese. Both of them are flavorful and easy to use. They are also a good value. My only concern is they are too salty. Wish there was a low or no salt version.

Unfortunately we can’t find many of the products we wanted to try locally. The Whole Foods we have in Albany NY does not carry the pourable mozzarella. We have used the cream cheese for a recipe and it was a pretty good replacement

I love all the plant-based cheeses Miyoko brand produces! Except, not the Smoked Gouda. It has a dry and odd texture, and the flavor of smoke cannot be detected. Still, I recommend Miyoko's brand to all, without reservation.
