I love having cheese I can actually eat!!

Bring back that soft mozzarella wheel and I’ll be happy. I use some of your products. Items you had in the past are no longer available. Some stores don’t carry very many of your products only the butter and the rectangular mozzarella which you can’t make into a “insulate caprese”.
