Discount wasn’t applied the last time I tried to order. I sent email but the discount was to expire at end of day so I ordered from another vendor. I received a response the next day asking me to take a screenshot of the difficulty. I don’t know how to take a screen shot. You should be able to test your own website and checkout process on your own. You have a good product but, if the discount isn’t applied, I’m not interested. Why not just charge a reasonable price and do away with discounts. Consumers have put up with this coupon and discount gimmick for too long. Just charge a price that’s fair to your customer and permits you to make a fair profit for your labor and do away with the discount gimmick.

The website used to say that the two strains I would receive were greater than 1.5% in mit and MD was 2%. I have 2 other quality companies that I also use but PAID the extra money only to find out that the MIT was 1.23% and 1.41% for OG and MD. Transparency is necessary and this company gives no information about strains and the extracts were worthless. I never would have known if I didn’t try another extract that was HALF the price and just made me angry about the let down of wasted money with this brand. Left Coast is more like my Last Coast.

Also was curious about the CA prop65 lead warning. Another vendor, Kratom Spot, allows downloads of the results of their tests to comply with AKA GMP. I wanted to see if you have anything similar to that. Every time I try to call since last week, my call instantly disconnects. My emails have been unanswered for 2 weeks. I tried text today, but it seems that I should not hold my breath waiting for a reply. Feels like a ghosting wtf. Plenty of promotional email however. I do not wish to be angry. Come on you guys, talk to me and make things right. I will give you a chance. So far, not thrilled or impressed.

I used to love this company until the overnight shipping went up ASTRONOMICALLY. $299 to get free overnight is way too high, and the rest of the prices aren't that great either. I'm not sure if I'll ever order from here again. I spent a lot of money with thus company and it feels like a slap in the face.
