Good but expensive

Great products but their discount rates seem to be getting smaller and smaller.

Enhanced Maeg Da

to be a good quality extract and comparable or better than any other Kratom extract I’ve tried in the past.

Site review

In general, i am quite pleased with LCK. I have only had a few issues with my order, out of quite a lot of orders. I have recommended this site to several people.

Product is good But

You are located in the USA and customs seems to check the item every time. I don't think I'm gonna buy from you anymore as I found a Canadian Resailer, we're I don't need the hastle of customs slowing my order.

Website information and filtering needs help

My comments here are focused on website improvements and providing additional info that would really prove helpful for anyone who is trying to find a specific vein color or other search results… - the main page search bar doesn’t really yield helpful or accurate results. For example, if I search for “red”, I get all kinds of random results that aren’t relevant. The goal would be to return results all about “red vein” kratom products. - why can’t we search for “anxiety” or “pain”, etc. and find results that are unofficially known to help with those issues? I know there’s a legal fine-line there, but if you can give the suggested dosage, why not this helpful info as well? - the same thing happens when I pull down the “kratom powder” category and narrow the filter for “red vein”. It only returns a few results which aren’t inclusive of all of the “red vein” powders. The results it does provide aren’t all correct, either. - looking through powders or extracts to find out which “vein” it is etc. is much more time-consuming than it really should be. Sometimes that info is missing in the description altogether. When I choose an extract, for example - the vein color(s) should be listed straight away and not buried somewhere in the verbiage. Oftentimes, I can’t even find the information at all. - product packaging doesn’t provide the vein color(s), either. So, if I want to recall which vein I want to use, I have to read the description on the website again and label my packets myself with the vein color. Obviously this isn’t the case with product names that include the color. - the liquid extracts don’t even have a filter option for “vein color”. - liquid extract products that I’ve received give contradictory information on the label. Some bottles have a dropper and it says to take 5ml and that there are 3 servings in the bottle. Other liquid extracts I’ve gotten don’t have a dropper but have the same dosage info. Thanks for listening and hopefully you can address these comments in order to make your products easier to find for your customers!
