My order, placed on 11/4, has not yet been delivered nearly a month later. Order tracking link provided to me shows ‘latest update’ as 11/13 status. So, I sent an inquiry to Uptown Spirits requesting an order status update, and have received no response. Very disappointing.

Is this a joke of some kind? I still have not received my order. I have no idea what the status is because I cannot get in touch with anyone in your organization. This is really adding insult to injury to ask me to review your service. What you can do is have some what contact me immediately about a refund or shipping me my order immediately. You might also want to offer me some sort of perk for the extremely poor service I received to date.

Terrible communication and shipping! I placed my order on 10/11/20 for a birthday gift for a friends 21st birthday on 11/1 A week goes bye I didnt hear anything so I emailed them and they said the next freight shipment to Illinois goes out tomrrow (10/20/20). I contact them again on the 27th because it says shipped 5 days ago but no info on tracking or shipping. Then I get this response."Im sorry about this. Our freight company sent our pallets to the wrong address so everyone's orders shipped that do got delayed" 11/3 rolls around I finally get tracking numbers, but it just says a lable has been requested. The package I paid 25$ for shipping finally was delivered on 11/9/20 just left on my front step no knock no signature nothing. Not once did they try to communicate the mess up or respond after i told them I was very disappointed in all of this and that I would have never placed my order if I would have known it would be this late and such a hassle. I asked for a contact number I could call to see if I could get a answer to what was going on and if they knew if it would be shipped or not because at that point I honestly thought it was a scam and I was out my 96$ needless to say I wont be ordering anything from them again.

I never got my order

NO STARS. Bought a bottle of eagle rare for a birthday gift, received the bottle with some type of debris ( cork, cask ) etc. Contacted US about returning for another bottle or refund. Sent 3 emails and called once.....crickets. Quick to take my money but not to resolve the issue. Lesson learned
