Will you send me my bottles ASAP!
At first I thought you guys were great. You proved me wrong. I placed 2 different orders in September. The first one I got and everything was good. I placed another order after I got the first one. The ticket is 59896, 2 bottles, 56.08 was the total on 9/24/20. Have email you guys twice about the matter and haven’t heard a word. The support team is trash, because anybody with two eyes would see that the second order never got shipped. The first order was for 3 bottles. That was shipped. The second order never was shipped, even though you got paid. It will be a month next week. Customer service is weak and you don’t pay attention to your customers. Can you send me my bottles? The next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. Could you respond in a timely fashion.
