Ordered 2 wines in November

Ordered 2 wines in November and still have not received my order. The carrier started my order was lost and Uptown Spirits states an investigation is underway d/t not believing that the carrier lost the order. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated 😡

Extremely slow, unresponsive service

Placed my order on 10/14/2020. Received the order almost two months later on 12/3/2020. Contacted customer support email on 10/21/2020, did not receive a response until a MONTH later on 11/19/2020. They say they tried calling me, but received no voicemail messages or missed calls that indicate that was true. Additionally, they did not have one of the items I purchased, and say they issued a refund on 12/2, but two days later I had to email them to say I never saw a refund get processed or list as pending on my card. Later that day, the refund began processing. Don't do business here.

ITEM ORDERED 10/14/20 NEVER DELIVERED AS OF 12/1/20. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. CAN'T LEAVE A VOICEMAIL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS - IT JUST HANGS UP. YOU ARE HORRIBLE - CLEARLY A SHADY BUSINESS
