Completely wrong order. Never got a response.

Received notice that shipment was sent on Dec 3rd and I should receive in less than a week. I sent three emails asking for update and received only one reply that said look online for status, but no updates listed in status. Extremely disappointed

I wholeheartedly realize that with covid and all it must be harder to work efficiently; that being said, I placed my order over a month ago and it still has yet to arrive nor have they provided proper shipping or tracking information and you are unable to contact them except through email, which takes days for them to respond to. Not purchasing from again and I want a full refund if my order doesn't show up before the event I ordered it for in the first place.

Was not happy with your and customer service, try to get my redound back to my credit card and no luck,Couldn’t to anybody on the phone. So I and up getting stuck with my order that i didn’t want cause you took for ever just to have it prose.Won’t be buying anything from US.
