Shipping too expensive

This order was placed on Dec 4th for Christmas. It went downhill from there. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks went back and requested a possible delivery by Christmas. Got reply after reply about being out of stock of items. Gave up on getting by Christmas. Actually got an email saying I had filed a dispute which I didn’t! By Jan 7-8 got a reply said it was finally shipping. But it didn’t! Got another email of another item out of stock. In the end I received 2 jars of my original order which cost me over $20 in shipping when I was getting 5 jars for $28 in shipping. Actually received in great shape but didn’t sign for it (someone over 21 must sign supposedly). Uptown spirits didn’t seem to care about my order, my Christmas gift, my out of pocket cost to ship just 2 jars. Should’ve just cancelled my order but it says you can’t after 24 hours. Didn’t actually drink the moonshine as it was a gift so that’s why I gave it 1 star. The product might be good even if Uptown Spirits is not. I will shop elsewhere. PS- I NEVER write bad reviews. This deserved it.

Placed order the beginning of December. Still waiting for delivery

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Even when you email to check on your order they don't care to get back to you in any timely manner.

I ordered online and for delivery as a gift. Uptown sent the wrong item. The recipient doesn't want or like the liquor Uptown delivered. Uptown essentially took my money. I specifically ordered a bottle and they subbed in something else and walked away.
