Step up your customer service!!
Your customer service is lacking, I placed an order and received no confirmation email. When I called it went straight to voicemail, and you guys never returned my calls. I sent an email and never heard anything back. Your google reviews don’t look good either, once I had problems I read the reviews and noticed that a lot of people had a similar experience. I would suggest returning voicemails, just say “hey were extremely busy” most people will understand. But to compleatly disregard your customers shows your lack of PR skills and I don’t do business with people like that. I own and operate a successful business, and if I ever disregarded my customers the way you guys did I’d be ashamed. Step your game up, hire a someone who solely works customer relations. Took about 10 days from when I placed my order to when I obtained my products. I probably won’t use your service again, only because you guys didn’t return my voicemails or emails.
