Great selection very bad service. It takes entirely too long to get your order. Ordered on the 5th still no delivery at 19th.

Order still hasn’t shown up

Package wasn’t delivered after 10 days. Had to reach out to them and they said that UPS lost the package, which was untrue as UPS never received the package in the first place. Eventually was shipped and delivered a month after ordering.

Your customer service is lacking, I placed an order and received no confirmation email. When I called it went straight to voicemail, and you guys never returned my calls. I sent an email and never heard anything back. Your google reviews don’t look good either, once I had problems I read the reviews and noticed that a lot of people had a similar experience. I would suggest returning voicemails, just say “hey were extremely busy” most people will understand. But to compleatly disregard your customers shows your lack of PR skills and I don’t do business with people like that. I own and operate a successful business, and if I ever disregarded my customers the way you guys did I’d be ashamed. Step your game up, hire a someone who solely works customer relations. Took about 10 days from when I placed my order to when I obtained my products. I probably won’t use your service again, only because you guys didn’t return my voicemails or emails.
