My order was confirmed as received and then.....nothing. No information at all. I sent a follow-up email and heard....nothing. Finally I called and was told that several of my items were not available but the rest would be shipped. I emailed again asking if the shipping cost would be reduced since there were fewer items and heard...nothing. I finally received my remaining order in good condition. Moral of the story? Poor, poor, poor communication. Who knows what, if anything, I would have received had I not called.

Sum bitches pulled a fast one and sent a bottle labeled batch 98 in an S&M2 box intended to be batch 106. Night and day difference in the aging of the barrels.

I ordered (2) bottles that were in stock as gifts. I wrongly assumed that they would ship in the next few days. 10 days later I got an unexpected message that they were processsed. Then they shipped 5 days later. I can't complain about the 10 days it took the carrier to deliver. So wasn't in time for Christmas. Well, they were packed really well though.

My order took forever to arrive, I ordered on December 8th and it did not arrive until December 24th. They were meant to be client gifts, but I had to repurchase elsewhere because of the delay. I emailed multiple times and they were no help. Only order if you don’t care when you receive it.

I sent in two emails to inquire about order status. I never received replies to these emails. The order took weeks to mail, without any updates sent to me.
