Sloooooooow delivery
It took two weeks to get a bottle of whiskey intended as a gift to the recipient. During that two week period, neither Uptown nor your shipper would claim responsibility to know and provide status of the shipment. You had no clue when it would be delivered and you didn't even try to find out for me until it was just about on the recipient's doorstep. I pad over $23 just for the delivery fee, and for that I would have expected some level of service. The only reason I didn't give a "terrible" rating was because the product was finally delivered.
